Tickets cannot be refunded except in the case of the ticket holder or one of their close circle contracting Covid, in which case we will offer a voucher for two-thirds of the cost of a future Brighton Ceilidh Collective event. Those requesting a refund because of a Covid infection must contact us 24 hours before the start of the event.
If the event is rescheduled or moved, the Brighton Ceilidh Collective will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or of a refund. If the event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets.
Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.
