Tickets are sold on the condition that they are non-refundable. If you are unable to go please be aware that we cannot swap tickets for a later date as that is likely to leave us with unsold places at our events – and we can only afford to run them when they sell out.
However, if you are unable to go, it’s worth contacting us at and if we have capacity we will try to find someone else to buy your ticket. If we successfully resell your ticket, we may be able to reimburse some of the cost of your ticket. However please note. We can’t promise to do this!
If the event is rescheduled or moved, the Brighton Ceilidh Collective will give you the options of either retaining or exchanging your tickets for the new date/location, or of a refund. If the event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event or a refund on your tickets.
Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain.
Photos. By buying a ticket, you agree that we may photograph you and use the image to promote further events. If you don’t wish to have your photo shared, please tell a member of the band and we’ll make sure that no images are shared.
If you are taking sharing photos of our events on social media, we request that you only show faces of people you know are happy to have their images shared. Some dancers may not wish to be identifiable.
